Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with sales enquiries
• Advising customers on PCs, components, peripherals, and services
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
• Processing sales and supporting day-to-day shop operations
• Supporting and assisting the technical department when required
• Maintaining a professional store environment and high customer service standards

You will join the team in a hands-on technical role, focusing on diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and building PCs and laptops.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults on PCs and laptops
• Repairing and upgrading customer systems
• Building and testing new PC systems
• Assisting with technical queries and internal support
• Supporting and assisting the sales department when required
• Maintaining high technical and quality standards

You will be responsible for creating content to support our online presence, brand awareness, and product promotion across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating short-form and long-form content for all social media platforms
• Filming, editing, and publishing video and image-based content
• Creating content around PCs, gaming setups, builds, components, and behind-the-scenes activity
• Maintaining a consistent brand style and tone across platforms
• Assisting with planning and scheduling content
