We offer a wide range of services, repairs and upgrades for desktop PCs. Bring your PC into our Gateshead store for a member of our team to take a look, or to talk through any service, repair or upgrade.
Laptop services are temporarily paused. We're not currently taking in laptops for repairs or upgrades.
What we can do
Diagnostics
Have an issue with your PC? We can find out exactly what is causing it and the best way to fix it.
System builds & case transplants
Need a new PC built, or want your parts moved into a new case? We can build or rebuild into any compatible case.
Hardware upgrades
Need more performance? We stock every major component, so whether it's a new processor, graphics card, motherboard, RAM, SSD or power supply, we can fit it.
Power supply
No power at all, or is your system restarting during use? We can replace any SFX or ATX power supply.
BIOS updates
Want to use a new processor on an older motherboard? We can update your motherboard's BIOS to support a compatible processor.
Windows reinstalls
Full of junk software or malware, want a fresh start, or need Windows installed on a new build? We can wipe your PC and reinstall Windows from scratch.
PC clean
Is your PC dirty or clogged up with dust? We can clean it out and make it look like new again.
Cable management
Messy cables, or struggling to wire everything up? Our experienced technicians can cable manage your PC so it looks top notch.

Turnaround times
Turnaround depends on how busy we are, the type of service and the length of our repair queue. We work first come, first served, and we'll give you a rough turnaround time when you drop your PC off.
Standard service
11-13 Working Days*
Booked in as standard, your PC joins the end of our repair queue, whatever the repair.
Fast Track service
4-6 Working Days*
Puts your PC at the front of the queue. We start as soon as possible and can give you a more accurate time in-store.
*Please contact us to confirm turnaround times, as they change regularly and during busy periods. Working days are Monday to Friday and don't include weekends.
What we don't repair
We try to help with as much as we can, but we don't service the following. Not sure about your device? Get in touch and we'll let you know.
- Laptops We have temporarily stopped offering laptop services and repairs.
- Apple devices We can't get reputable replacement parts. The suppliers we trust deal only in PC parts, so we can't give Apple products the level of service we're known for.
- Mobile phones & tablets There are many fake and low-quality parts circulating for phones and tablets, so we can't provide the high-quality service we'd want to.
- Consoles We're unable to repair or service consoles to a level of service we'd be happy with.
- Printers Given the low cost of printers and the poor availability of parts, repairs aren't worth the cost and labour.
- Monitors Replacement panels cost far more than manufacturers pay and are very hard to find, so it's usually cheaper and easier to buy the same monitor new.
- PCB repair We don't have the equipment needed for low-level circuit board repair.
- Small or general electronics We specialise in PCs and don't service general electronic devices.
