International shipments for countries excluded in the listed above do not include Duties/Tax. These fees will vary depending on your country, and will be charged upon delivery by the courier which you will be liable to pay for.
Declining/not paying these fees may result in your package being destroyed by customs. In this instance, we are not able to issue any refunds.
If your order is undeliverable or is refused and is returned to us, we are unable to refund the cost of delivery & a return shipping fee may be charged. If you would like your order to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay for re-shipping.
Landmark Global:
Shipments using Landmark Global are processed when they arrive in their London depot. This means your order may take a few days in transit before your tracking is updated to "Processed".
