Important Information About Our Service
We're upgrading our systems to serve you better! We're implementing a new warehouse management software that will enable us to provide a more streamlined service and offer a wider range of goods with improved shipping capabilities.
Migration Timeline
Friday, 17th October 2025 - 2:00 PM BST
Shipping Cut-off: Orders placed after this time will not be shipped until our new system is operational.
Wednesday, 22nd October 2025
Dispatching Resumes: We will begin processing and dispatching high-priority orders with our new warehouse management system.
Thursday/Friday, 23rd-24th October 2025
Full Operations: Standard delivery orders will be processed as we adjust to the new system.

There may be further delays beyond the dates mentioned above as we fine-tune and adjust to the new system. We appreciate your patience during this transition period.
Dispatch Priority
Order Processing Sequence:
- Priority 1: Next Day & Express Delivery orders will be dispatched first on a first-come-first-served basis
- Priority 2: Standard Delivery orders will be processed after all priority orders are dispatched
- Note: Standard Delivery orders may not be dispatched until Thursday/Friday (23rd-24th October)
