Product came with pork gelatine sweets bundled in, which my personal beliefs forbid me from accepting. I sent a polite complaint saying I'm sure you meant well, and here's some better cheap sweets that more people can eat. If it ended with just an apology, or even no response, I would have just kept the fans and I probably wouldn't be writing this. Instead I got a corporate non-apology that came off as telling me they don't respect their customers dietary choices. Because of this I will be returning the products unopened. Never thought this would be an issue when buying computer parts.
