Looking to collect an item in-store?
That’s great! Please read the following information to ensure a smooth process.
Once you’ve placed you order please wait until you have been informed by a member of our team before you head off to collect. You will recieve an email notification informing you that the order is ready for collection.
Although we aim to get orders out ASAP sometimes it can take a little while to prepare all orders. We aim to have all orders ready within 1 hour of you placing your order, however this can occasionally take longer depending on current order processing time.
Orders placed outside our store opening hours will be processed as soon as possible once the store is open. Please allow 30 mins after the store opens to allow your order to be processed.
If you are in desperate need of your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate a faster turnaround.
We can arrange collection for all Collect In Store orders pretty quick if the item is in stock.
Our website occasionally lags a few hours behind our in-store stock so sometimes an item you order might show ‘in-stock’ online but be out of stock in-store, in this rare instance we will contact you to discuss your options and/or inform you when stock is arriving.
