With us coming out of the national lockdown on 12th April 2021 (Woohoo!), we’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable staff to join our team.

We currently have the vacancies listed below to fulfil with immediate effect, if you love PCs and have experience in any of the positions listed this could be the ideal job for you.

Current Vacancies:

Sales Assistant

Brief description:
You will join the team and help with sales by attending to and assisting customers in-store and on the telephone. This will include sales of PCs, laptops, peripherals, consumables and services we offer.
You will also be required to assist the technical department when required to do so with repairs, upgrades and building PCs.

Technical Assistant

Brief description:
You will join the team and help with all aspects of repairs, upgrades and diagnostics to PCs and laptops as well as building PCs.
You will also be required to assist the sales department when required to do so with helping customers and answering queries.

Social Media/Marketing

Brief description:
You will be required to maintain and expand all current social media platforms as well as explore and develop new platforms.
Current Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube
New Social media Platforms: Instagram Reels, TikTok and future platforms
You will also be required to drive marketing campaigns successfully through each platform.

Gorilla Lab – Product Development

Brief description:
You will be required to design, develop and build new custom products within our product range such as:
- Lightboxes
- GPU backplates
- SSD covers
- PSU Shrouds
- Custom cables
You will also manage all orders and enquires associated with custom products we make in-house.

All candidates MUST have these following essential skills:

- Excellent customer service
- Excellent/good knowledge of computer hardware
- The will to progress and be successful
- Be able to use their own initiative
- Be able to meet targets
- Be able to fulfil responsibilities

Hours:

Hours of work per job role will be determined once we’ve shortlisted successful applicants and established what suits the requirements of the business, potentially having both part-time and full-time roles available.
