The plate is the part of the keyboard that you can see around the switches on plate mount switch keyboards, this plate is only compatible with Q1 ISO keyboards.

FR4 is a high-density fibre material that feels between an aluminium plate and a polycarbonate plate. It is solid with a certain flexibility and also solid with hardness, which enables you to get a balanced typing experience for your Q1.
