My fault not Orbit

I bought this with high hopes. Alas, it wouldn't turn on so it was RMA'd. Supplier tested it and found it to be good. Meanwhile, turns out the issue was the motherboard. Orbit still gave me a 75% refund, which I find to be acceptable, given it wasn't their fault. Both delivery and return were quick, simple processes.
